2012 Michelin Belgium and Luxembourg Guide

In Brussels and Wallonia you'll find a number of starred restaurants under the Michelin Guide, the world's reference since 1904.

For the 2012 edition of the famous red guide, new MICHELIN stars have been awarded to a growing number of culinary talents.

• In Brussels, Le Chalet de la Forêt owned by Pascal Devalkeneer, located in Uccle, was bestowed a second star for its savvy cuisine and local produce. Gaëtan Collin, at the Jaloa, also deserves to be mentioned and prooves that the capital of Europe is still thriving.
• InWallonia, a new star is shining in Baudour close to Mons, thanks to the knowhow of  Eugénie à Emilie where typically French and Belgian dishes are served with love and care.

What is the Bib Gourmand?

The Michelin guide presents the Bib Gourmand with great restaurants at moderate prices: don't miss out on the El Pica Pica, in Liège, that has gained its fame thanks to its original tapas and decor.

With a selection of 700 hotels and 1,100 restaurants, the 2012 MICHELIN Guide in Belgium and Luxembourg lists quality venues with all ranges of confort and prices.
