Nivelles on Ice 2014, is more than just an ice-skating rink, it's a Christmas show and atmosphere in the centre of Nivelles, from 8 December to 18 January 2015.

Much more than an ice-skating rink, a theme based on the mountains and winter will be developed in the town centre.

Two competitions: "Vitrines d'Hiver" and "Selfez-vous" enable you to (re)discover the town's shops. 6 chalets will be placed at the cloister entrances to welcome you, the ice-skating rink is entirely made out of ice, covered by a see-through roof and offers a catering space inside the cloisters.

In practice

Entry costs €5 per adult and €4 for children under 12.

20/12: Open to the public.
22/12: Kids Only - afternoon from 2pm to 6pm reserved for children aged 4 to 11. Mrs Christmas and her snowman will be present.
29/12: Teens Only - evening from 6pm to 10pm reserved for teenagers aged 12 to 18.
