The Lions Club Bruxelles Ilot Sacré presents:
-An activity in which the participants themselves collect money for their "works of art" (scarecrow contest).
-An activity which asks nothing but a couple of minutes, some old clothes and some bright ideas.
-An actvity which promotes your "work of art" on the most famous, the most beautiful and the most frequented place of Belgium: The Brussels Grand'Place.
-An activity which invites you and your friends to an amusing day:
The Big Scarecrow Festival!

Comment:

Construction of your scarecrow between 10 am and 12 pm; exhibition and contest until 6 pm.
Who can participate? Each social, charity, humanitarian organization, existing at least 5 years and disposing of a bank or post account by the name of the organization.
