The Culinaria 2013 theme: "Pure street"

This year, Belgium's best chefs have been given a tough challenge: to go out of their kitchen comfort zones and collaborate with a street artist for 4 intense days!

On the schedule?

Some 30 Michelin-starred chefs and young talents from a new culinary school each offer one original recipe inspired by the Pure Street theme.

Visitors choose one young chef's appetiser, then selects 5 Michelin-starred chefs' dishes that they wish to try.

They will round off their culinary discovery with a sweet dessert created by big name chocolatiers and patisiers.

The best street artists season the cocktail by giving the chefs advice on how to set up their spaces.

This mutual collaboration gives an added sparkle to anything that comes from the street.
