This Slow Food Meeting advocates the use of quality traditional and local products and taste education. It presents Brussels as an ecological and gastronomical capital, a green city you should discover and taste! Some thirty chefs prepare 'tasty, healthy and correct' Slow Food menus for you and some thirty craftsmen, market gardeners and producers (professionals and amateurs) open their doors. On Sunday you will find many stands on sustainable food on the Place des Palais. During a big picnic you can also try the Slow Food products.
