Come and play at being knights and princesses with your children at Bouillon Castle, the most visited family attraction in the Province of Luxembourg.


Hear ye, hear ye, good people! Journey back in time and discover Bouillon's medieval past and its most famous crusader, Godefroid of Bouillon.

Discover his castle, the oldest vestige of the feudal era in Belgium, and its history of over a thousand years!

Erected upon 3 rocky peaks that overlook the Semois river, Bouillon castle, with its maze of corridors and its enormous vaulted rooms, is considered to be the oldest vestige of the feudal era in Belgium.

Don't miss the falconry show and a visit to the falconry museum or the "Scriptura" exhibition, where you'll learn about the history of school from the Middle Ages to the present day. Not forgetting a visit to the fortress which will interest both children and adults alike.

This summer, come to the medieval festival


The Bouillon Medieval Festival takes place on 6 and 7 August and has a market, a procession, re-enactments and a whole host of activities. Not forgetting the Castle fete.

The castle hosts a fireworks display on Saturday 6 August 2016.
