The Museum of Natural Sciences in Brussels is a world of discovery for allages!
The rooms of the museum hide some real treasures: genuine iguanodon skeletons found in Belgium, Ishango bone tools, mammoths from Lier, Tasmanian wolves, moonstones, meteorites!
With more than 17,000 specimens, a modern and dynamic layout and many interactive games and activities, the Museum is than just a museum, its a real experience to be lived.
And that's not all, the museum also hosts the largest Dinosaur gallery in Europe.
Children from 3 to 6 love
- The Baby Animals exhibition: an exhibition that has been tried and tested by 3-6 year olds. They can imitate a father toad, with his eggs on his back, imitate animals' grimaces or make a warm and cosy nest,
- The Dinosaur gallery: they can search through sand for dinosaur bones and fight a Pachycephalosaurus...
- BiodiverCITY: the younger ones can try to identify the animals of the forest and reconstruct a garden.
- The Vivarium: Tarantulas, spiders, stick insects and other living insects: guaranteed to send a shiver up your spine!
Children from 6 to 12 love
