La Porte de Namur : brewery Le Trappiste or Taverne Toison d'Or. Admire the Saint-Boniface area and its Art Nouveau houses while trying a cold beer at the Ultime Atome. In front of that, Eat&Love (trendy cuisine) and the Belgo belge. In the middle of the chaussée de Wavre: "Beermania" with more than 400 beers. Chaussée d'Ixelles: stop at the house of Bériot. On the left, temple of gastronomy based on beer, le Volle Gas. Other genre, Imagin'Air Art Café. L'Amour fou, extremely cool. End of the tour : Flagey, impressive multicultural " flagship " of the 21st century. Nearby, Le Lantin, the first philosophical café-theatre in Brussels and Le Fourquet, Art Deco brewery from the 60s. Last but not least, the highly prized Belga, on the ground floor of Flagey.

Huyberechts The Cantillon Brewery has just celebrated its one-hundredth anniversary and remains the only active brewery in Brussels which is open to the public. In order to achieve its aim of preserving the name and reputation of the lambic as well as some other beers from the same family, the brewery decided, in 1978, to open its facilities to the public and to become the Brussels Gueuze Museum. The brewery produces the Cantillon beers (gueuze, kriek, lambic, faro, framboise, Iris). As well as guided tours, brewing sessions in public take place twice a year.
