A mini cheese farm which offers a large variety of products "pure goat's cheeses" from unpasturized milk: hand moulded white cheese, small goat's-milk cheese... as well as other hard cheeses and regional beer cheeses. Refined or not, wrapped in bacon, seasoned, herbed or blackened, all their products are free of colorants, additives and other undesirables.
