The project began in 2002, when the estate, comprising the beautiful 11th century farm buildings in the middle of 11 hectares with a 15 percent slope facing south, was bought.
In April 2004 the creation of the vineyard continued with the plantation of 2 hectares with 7,000 plants (grape variety Pinotin). 1,000 plants of Muskat Bleu were also planted in April 2004 in order experiment with the production of table grapes.
Finally, in April 2005, began the plantation of 2 still free hectares, on the one hand, with 4,000 plants (grape variety Pintin) and on the other hand, with 4,000 plants (grape variety Cabernet Sauvignon).
