Evisceration and preparation of fresh trout from the neighbouring fish farm.

Guided tours for groups of 10 pers. min. - Reservation obligatory.
Trout cleaning demonstration - Sampling of 'escavêche' (kind of fish) - Video screening on the activity in the workshop. Can be combined with a visit to the fish farm of Cendron for the price of € 4,-.
