Since 1909, chocolate is for Bruyerre synonym of dreams, passion but also of borderless creativity.
Thanks to a meticulous selection of raw materials, traditional recipes and a still handmade know-how, Bruyerre produces more than 80 different chocolates well known for their fillings.
One of its flagships is the praliné that is still made in its worskhops.
The chocolatiers keep on searching new combinations of tastes; sometimes original, sometimes surprising but every time delicious.
Decoration is still handcrafted.
Bruyerre only uses a chocolate with 100% cocoa butter and does not use any preservatives in its products.
