This chocolate and sweet factory offers special chocolate items as well as Gayettes du Pays Noir, Crayats de Charleroi. Artisans also create Gayettes with Speculoos, nougat, coco, coffee,… "Gayette" in Walloon means "small piece of coal". The inside of this sweet is made of butter, sugar and chocolate and is coated with sugar with a coffee taste.
