The "Tradition room of the 3rd Regiment of Lancers" is located in two adjoining rooms of the former barracks of the Fortified Estate of the Citadel of Namur, on 275 m² and retraces the history of one of the oldest regiments of the Belgian cavalry.
This museum presents a large and interesting collection of models dressed in authentic or recreated costumes, arms, harnesses, vehicles, paintings, etchings, photos, organisation charts, equipments and various objects. The evolution of the Regiment from 1814 to nowadays is told chronologically in different sections.
