Address:Rue des Grasses Oies 2B | Description:The Gaume region boasts a pâté labelled and certified by the European Union. This labelled "pâté gaumais" is fabricated in Gaume (in the south of the Roman region of Belgium). It is made from noble pork cuts (min. 30%), marinated in wine or vinegar with spices and herbs and wrapped in pastry. This round delicacy can be eaten hot or cold. It is identifiable by an official label carrying the following inscription: "Pâté Gaumais, Certifié par Promag". Practical Information:
