    Some practical details


    Brussels' museums are, for the most part, closed on Mondays.
    Entry to museums is often free for children under the age of 12 or they benefit from discounts.
    Students often benefit from discounts for museums and attractions.


    Buying the Brussels card


    Before you travel
    You can buy your discount card online, print it or download it to your smartphone.

    Once you arrive you can buy it:

    • At the Tourist information offices at the Grand Place and on the Mont des Arts (BIP, rue Royale 2).
    • At Toerisme Vlaanderen at rue Marché aux herbes 61, 1000 Brussels.
    • In 5 major museums: Autoworld, CBBD (Belgian Comic Strip Center), the Musée Oldmasters Museum, MIM (Musical Instruments Museum) and the Natural Sciences Museum.
