Liège Aquarium-Museum to a wonderful journey through the nautical and animal worlds. Discover fish from around the world and the riches of the animal kingdom.

This scientific and tourism centre, dedicated to the aquatic world and the biodiversity of animals, is situated on the Quai Édouard Van Beneden, only 7 minutes from the Liège-Guillemins TGV station.
The Aquarium's some 50 tanks house close to 2500 fish. Discover the legendary piranhas, clown fish in their anemones, blind cavedwelling fish, stonefish, etc. Not forgetting the blacktip reef sharks or the baby dogfish. Plunge yourself into the oceans, seas, lakes and rivers of the world.
In the museum you will discover the riches and beauty of the animal kingdom.20000 specimens preserved, stuffed or skeletons: from the smallest flea to the largest whale, including an anaconda, spiders, shells, a stuffed bear or even the chimpanzee and other primates.

Opening hours
The Aquarium is open every day of the year except 24, 25 and 31 December, and 1 January. Closed from 5 September to 16 September included for works.
