The company's headquarters, located in Somme-Leuze, close to Durbuy, is the focal point for everything to do with promotion, marketing, bookings, maintenance, selling and accounting.
The management of various holiday villages is carried out by the managers who get instructions from the central office.
Renting individual holiday homes and holiday villages
Ourthe & Somme manage and rent close to 120 individual holiday homes and 12 holiday villages in the Ardennes.
The staff at Ourthe & Somme know the region perfectly. They, therefore, choose with great care, the holiday homes that are located in the most beautiful parts of the Ardennes.
The houses are selected according to very demanding comfort and location criteria.
They are spread throughout numerous villages and hamlets but also in 14 holiday villages run by Ourthe & Somme.
These holiday villages each have their own distinct atmosphere and identity. Our clients stay in unique places, where the Ardennes play a predominant role.
