The House of Ansembourg is a private 18th century town house that was bought by the city of Liège in 1903. It portrays aristocratic life during the Enlightenment.
Everything radiates luxury: stuccos, painted ceilings, panelling, leather, mirrors, stairs and banisters, tapestries, furniture...even the kitchen, which is decorated with delftware tiles. Needless to say, it is a listed monument.
Closed on 01/01; 01/05; 01, 02 and 15/11; 24, 25, 26 and 31/12.
