25 Brussels hotels will be serving breakfasts made up of local specialities within the framework of Brusselicious. From 28 February to 31 December 2012
The event will give the hotels' clients the chance to discover the foods that make Brussels and Belgium proud, within a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere.
No extra charge!
The hotels that are taking part in the event have prepared 8 or more local products branded Brusselicious.
Hotels have received a theme guide with an indicative list of 32 products to pick from, transforming a traditional breakfast into an extraordinary one.
On the menu:
- pistolets (a small round bread)
- cramique (raisin bread)
- gaufres (waffles)
- couques aux raisins (butter pastry with raisins)
- confiture de fraises de Wépion (straberry jam from Wepion)
- Liège sirop
- honey
- grey praws
- Ardenne ham
- farm pâtés
- abbey cheeses
- cherry yoghurt
