Musées et Société en Wallonie is a museum network of the French-Speaking Community on Walloon territory.
Musées et Société en Wallonie was founded in 1998 and is aimed at the promotion of museum institutions in the Walloon Region, specially by the creation of a consultation network of their activities. The association wants to contribute to the valorisation of culture and its introduction in social and economic life, and more specifically in tourism. It participates to the protection and the highlighting of the public heritage in a context of global heritage management in the French-speaking Community and in the Walloon Region.
